I've forgotten or don't know the Internet Manager Password (Old Sco Unix)

The user name is "admin" and the password will be whatever the root password was when the system was installed (Unixware 2.12 used "iadmin").

If you have changed the password and forgotten it, there is a manual method of wiping it out detailed at TA 105269
