On NT,  Start->Run->Command















Type:



NET STOP SPOOLER
CD  \
CD   %Systemroot%\System32\Spool\Printers
(if that doesn't work try:)
CD  %Winroot%\System32\SpoolPrinters



DIR
(try to identify the .SPL file that is the problem - the date is probably a good clue)
(if you CAN identify it, delete the .SPL and .SHD files
(otherwise  del all the .spl and .shd files)



DEL *.SPL (or be specific if you can figure out which)
DEL *.SHD



NET START SPOOLER
